As parents age, staying mentally active, emotionally connected, and cognitively engaged becomes just as important as physical health. But most families do not know where to begin.
Too many seniors spend long hours passively watching television.
Most brain games are app-based and not senior-friendly.
Families want to help, but lack a simple daily routine to follow.
Indian parents need activities that feel familiar, respectful, and enjoyable.

ActiveMind Daily makes brain engagement simple. Each day, your parent receives one easy activity designed to support memory, language, attention, creativity, reflection, and emotional connection.
A new card every day designed for memory, language, and attention.
Short, calm sessions that fit into a relaxed morning or evening.
Activities that bring families closer through stories and reflection.
Light support and prompts so the routine stays consistent.
Small surprises that celebrate consistency and progress.
Culturally familiar prompts, proverbs, and family-centered activities.
We're inviting a small group of seniors and families to try ActiveMind Daily for 10 days and help us improve the experience before public launch.
During the pilot, the participant will try one simple screen-free brain wellness activity each day for 10 days. Each activity takes just 5–10 minutes. Many seniors can complete the activity independently. If they prefer, a child, spouse, or caregiver can join them.
Fill this short form so we can understand who will be using ActiveMind Daily and how to support reminders.
For 10 days, the participant completes one simple brain wellness activity per day.
We'll ask 2–3 quick questions daily through WhatsApp or calls to track completion, ease, and enjoyment.
If the participant completes the first 7 days, we'll send a small surprise gift to celebrate consistency.
At the end of 10 days, we'll collect simple feedback to improve the kit, language, reminders, and overall experience.
Most wellness products are easy to start but hard to continue. ActiveMind Daily is designed to make daily brain engagement simple, flexible, and encouraging for real homes.
Each day has one simple screen-free activity. No app dependency, no long instructions, no pressure.
Families can choose WhatsApp nudges, call reminders, family reminders, or no reminders — whatever feels easiest.
A simple tracker helps seniors and families see small wins build up over time.
Seniors can do activities independently, but family members can join in through conversation prompts, encouragement, and check-ins.
Small rewards and celebrations help make consistency feel joyful, not like a task.
Missed a day? No problem. Just continue the next day. The goal is a sustainable rhythm, not perfection.
Do it independently, with light support, or over a meaningful 5-minute family call.
ActiveMind Daily is designed to fit different homes and different family routines.
Some seniors may enjoy doing the daily activity independently. Some may prefer a little support from a spouse, caregiver, or family member. And for children living away, some prompts can also become simple, meaningful phone-call activities.
The goal is not to force one format. The goal is to make daily brain wellness easy, flexible, and enjoyable.
Simple activities seniors can do on their own without needing an app or complicated instructions.
Family members or caregivers can help gently if the senior prefers company or guidance.
Some prompts can turn into short, meaningful phone calls between parents and children.
ActiveMind Daily is not only call-friendly. It is daily-life friendly.
Activities are designed to feel like conversation, reflection, recall, storytelling, and small daily engagement — not like homework.
ActiveMind Daily uses familiar prompts such as memories, songs, festivals, food, proverbs, choices, places, routines, and simple reflection.
A senior can do these alone, with a family member nearby, or during a phone call. The format can change, but the daily rhythm stays simple.
"Tell me one festival memory you still remember."
"Complete this familiar proverb."
"Describe one place from your younger days."
"Tea or coffee? Morning walk or evening walk?"
"What was one good moment from today?"
"Ask your parent about one old song they loved."
It should not feel like a test. It should feel like a small moment of engagement.
These sample prompts can be done independently, with family support, or over a short phone call.
Prompt: "What is one festival memory from your childhood that still makes you smile?"
How to use: The senior can reflect on it independently, write or say the answer, or share it with a family member.
Prompt: "Can you remember one old song you loved listening to?"
How to use: They can hum it, recall the singer, remember where they first heard it, or share the memory during a call.
Prompt: "Think of one place from your younger days that you still remember clearly."
How to use: They can describe the place, remember who they went with, or talk about what made it special.
These are sample activity prompts. During the pilot, activities may be shared digitally, and families can message us if they would like a new activity or a different type of prompt.
ActiveMind Daily is not limited to one fixed format. We keep learning from families, improving our prompts, and adding new activity ideas based on what seniors actually enjoy.
If a senior prefers doing activities independently, we support that. If they enjoy family involvement, some prompts can be shared together. If one activity does not feel enjoyable, families can message us and request a different type of activity.
The goal is to keep daily brain wellness simple, flexible, and engaging — so it never feels repetitive or boring.
Activities can be done independently, with support, or through family conversation.
Families can message us anytime to ask for another activity idea.
We keep improving based on what seniors and families actually enjoy.

This loop is what makes ActiveMind Daily different from generic brain games or activity books. We don't just give activities — we help families build a routine around them.

ActiveMind Daily is designed around evidence-informed domains of daily cognitive and emotional engagement — not just one memory game.
Brain health is not supported by one activity alone. Healthy aging involves memory, attention, language, problem-solving, emotional connection, routine, movement, sleep, sensory health, nutrition, and medical care.
ActiveMind Daily focuses on the daily engagement layer — simple screen-free activities that support memory, language, attention, reflection, family connection, and routine-building.
Our cards include recall prompts, word games, proverbs, naming activities, and simple attention-based tasks.
Family story prompts, gratitude moments, and conversation cards help parents feel seen, heard, and connected.
One card a day, WhatsApp nudges, progress tracking, and milestone rewards help families stay consistent.
We also remind families that movement, sleep, heart health, nutrition, hearing, vision, and medical review matter too.

Answer a few simple questions to understand whether you or your parent has a consistent brain-engagement routine — and where ActiveMind Daily may help.
Who are you checking this for?
Note: Think about the senior participant's usual routine over the last 1–2 weeks. If you are filling this for yourself, answer based on your own routine.
